Cancellation Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost, while no-shows or cancellations within one hour will be charged 100% of the service cost. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will be marked as a no-show and will need to reschedule. Refunds are not permitted; however, if you are not satisfied with your results, please contact me within 7 days so that we can make any necessary adjustments.
